Cam Tester
This is a Fusion file I use with the kids to insert and get data about different cams with my students. All of it is 3D printable. I highly recommend using 1/4" wooden square dowels for the axle and follower though.

Custom Polar Grid
I adapted this from a good friend of mine, Craig Hughes. This comes in really handy if I want students to create custom cams. They can plot points and then connect them with a spline. Students can either 3D print it or they can create a dimensioned drawing - without the dimensions, and cut it out with scissors for a template.

Grub Tail Fishing Molds
This is always a class favorite. We design molds for fishing lures using differente forms of flexible silicone. These are a design I created to demonstrate to students. The lures work pretty well too.

GYRO - Print in Place Model
Print in Place models are popular among our students. I created this simple gyro for our students to see not only how the 3D printing process works, but also how the design of a print in place model flows.
